Job summary

Creative Milkshake in Amsterdam is seeking a Creative Lead (Social & UGC) to raise the studio's output on short-form content. You'll review on-set footage, edits, and storyboards, and provide specific, actionable feedback to editors and shooters.

You’ll guide the team, build checklists, and keep up with TikTok/Meta trends while ensuring high quality across dozens of ads weekly. Some travel to shoots is possible, with occasional Amsterdam studio presence.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in video production, editing or a social-first agency role.
• Strong sense for short-form social content.
• Ability to articulate craft decisions clearly.
• Experience giving precise, timestamped feedback.
• On-set and production experience.

Responsibilities

• Review storyboards and edits before they go to clients.
• Provide precise editing feedback: pacing, cuts, overlays.
• Flag shoots and ensure talent/set needs are met.
• Build an ad example library and checklists.
• Stay current with TikTok, Meta and new platforms.
• Join shoots in Amsterdam occasionally.
• Help define CM’s creative POV over time.
