Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking a finance/accounting professional in the Benelux region who can move beyond traditional financial administration toward a broader Controlling role within an international energy company. You’ll support financial administration for Benelux entities while gradually taking on more responsibility for project controlling, budgets, reporting, contracts, and financial analysis.

Working closely with Finance and Operations, you’ll develop your role as the business grows.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 2–5 years of relevant financial administration experience.
• Interest in developing toward controlling and project controlling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and communicate confidently with the business.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial administration for the Benelux entities.
• Process invoices, bank transactions, AP and AR.
• Prepare VAT and ICP returns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Support contract and project-related financial activities.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
