Job summary

GIGA Storage is seeking a (Senior) Contract Manager Construction & Projects to lead contractual management during the build of large‑scale energy storage projects across Europe. You will work closely with Project Managers, Legal Counsel, suppliers, EPC contractors and senior management to safeguard commercial interests.

You will be involved from negotiation onwards, overseeing obligations, variations and claims.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Law, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management).
At least 10 years of experience in contract management for large construction/energy projects.
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and frameworks such as FIDIC and UAV‑GC.

Responsibilities

Lead complex EPC, FIDIC and UAV‑GC contracts through full project lifecycle.
Monitor governance, risk and commercial interests across large-scale BESS projects.
Negotiate with suppliers/contractors and advise project teams.
Assess claims, variations and performance obligations and ensure contract administration.
