Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 in contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract forms like UAV-GC and FIDIC.
• Experience in claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities for large Capex projects.
• Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers against contractual obligations.
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims.
• Advise project manager on contractual rights and risks.
• Align contract strategy with project objectives.
• Support improvement of contract management processes and tools.
