Job summary

Dyflexis, a growing workforce management software company, seeks a Senior Content Lead in the Netherlands to own content strategy from ideation to publication. You’ll guide multilingual content across Dutch, German, and international markets and manage the production calendar with a focus on high-quality, on-brand writing.

You’ll collaborate with design, SEO and marketing tools, lead editorial processes, and mentor team members to ensure compelling content that converts for a global B2B audience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Dutch.
• 5–7 years of content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; AI is used but not a substitute.
• Turn complex topics into engaging, on-brand content.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Experience with website migrations and information architecture is a plus.
• Comfortable with HubSpot, Framer, SEMrush, Monday.com, and Salesforce.

Right now, that means giving our lead generation funnel a steady stream of top and mid-funnel content, and we're looking for someone who can own that from strategy through to the words on the page.

This is what you'll do

As a Senior Content Lead, you own and execute the content strategy, from ideation through to publication.

• Manage the content production pipeline and calendar across the whole content team, featuring multi-language content across Dutch, German, and international markets.
• Contribute full funnel English content for the international market as well as sales enablement pieces, and lead generation support: campaign ads, landing pages, social media, and nurturing emails.
• Take editorial ownership of English content across the website and product app environments to ensure quality and consistency.
• Conduct the editorial and proofreading processes across Dutch and German markets to raise the written standard of the team.
• Brief content specialists on upcoming topics, research, and key points for transcreation in accordance with the content strategy, to ensure consistency across all languages.
• Own the CMS: structure, publishing workflows, template governance, and close collaboration with the designers for pairing copy with visual assets.
• Coordinate with the team on keywords and topic opportunities, and mentor the content specialists on tone, transcreation quality, and brand voice.

This is what you'll need

• Fluent in both English and Dutch, bonus points for an additional European language (DE/ES/FR)
• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another complex, operational industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills. Writing without AI assistance is essential, AI is used within our workflow but not as a substitute for high-quality natural language.
• A critical thinker who can turn complex, technical topics into fun and engaging content that’s both on brand and converts.
• Experience owning a content calendar or production pipeline.
• Experience in website migrations and information architecture is a plus.
• Comfortable working in HubSpot, Framer, SEO tools like SEMrush, Monday, and Salesforce, or confident in picking them up fast.
