Job summary

Bright Cape seeks a Senior Consultant Process Intelligence to lead client projects, implement end-to-end process mining solutions, and advance our PI capabilities across industries. You will align with Bright Cape’s strategy, guide stakeholders, and deliver value through data-driven insights.

The role requires strong Celonis experience (Case/Object Centric), data modeling skills, and fluency in English, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• >3 years of experience with Celonis in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining (must)
• Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other PI tools (nice to have)
• Strong at eliciting data requirements and data modeling
• Experience building value-driven analyses (must)
• Programming skills in SQL (must); Python, PySpark, Polars (nice to have)
• Experience designing end-to-end pipelines and architectures
• Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster) (nice to have)
• Experience starting and completing Process Intelligence initiatives
• Experience giving demos
• Experience advising on improvement initiatives
• Relevant technical academic education
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a plus.

That’s why we are looking for a Consultant Process Intelligence: a consultant with Celonis experience in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining.
