Job summary

Bright Cape is seeking a Senior Consultant Process Intelligence to help clients unlock process insights using Celonis in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining. You will lead projects, map data, and deliver value with a multidisciplinary team.

You'll work with ARIS, UiPath, SQL, and Python to design end-to-end pipelines, build dashboards, and guide customers from needs to solutions in manufacturing, logistics, and finance across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Celonis experience in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining
• Experience with PI tools such as ARIS, UiPath is a plus
• Strong data requirements elicitation and data modeling skills
• Experience building value-driven analyses
• Programming skills in SQL (must); Python, PySpark, Polars (nice to have)
• Experience designing end-to-end pipelines and architectures
• Knowledge of workflow management tools (Airflow, Dagster) is a plus
• Experience starting and completing Process Intelligence initiatives
• Experience giving demos and advising on improvement initiatives
• Relevant technical academic education
• Excellent English communication; Dutch a plus

Your profile:

• >>3 years of experience with Celonis in Case Centric & Object Centric Process Mining (must)
• Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other PI tools (nice to have)
• Strong at eliciting data requirements and data modeling
• Experience building value-driven analyses (must)
• Programming skills in SQL (must); Python, PySpark, Polars (nice to have)
• Experience designing end-to-end pipelines and architectures
• Knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster) (nice to have)
• Experience starting and completing Process Intelligence initiatives
• Experience giving demos
• Experience advising on improvement initiatives
• Relevant technical academic education
• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
