Job summary

Bright Cape is seeking a (Senior) Process Intelligence Consultant to grow our Process Intelligence team. You will lead client projects, design end-to-end data solutions, and advance our Process Mining capabilities across industries from manufacturing to logistics.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain quality, and contribute to best practices while working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Celonis experience in Case Centric and Object Centric Process Mining.
• Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other Process Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong data requirements gathering and data modelling skills.
• SQL required; Python, PySpark, and Polars are a plus.
• Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and architectures.
• Knowledge of Airflow or Dagster is preferred.
• Comfortable giving demonstrations and presentations.
• Willing to advise on process improvement initiatives.
• Relevant technical academic degree.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Your profile

• Ideally you have 1+ years of experience with Celonis in Case Centric and Object Centric Process Mining


• Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other Process Intelligence tools is considered a plus


• Strong skills in gathering data requirements and data modelling


• Programming skills in SQL (required); Python, PySpark, and Polars are a plus


• Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and architectures


• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster (preferred)


• Comfortable giving demonstrations and presentations


• Willing to advise on process improvement initiatives


• Relevant technical academic degree


• Excellent communication skills in English
