Valcon in the Netherlands is seeking a (Senior) Consultant in People & Organisational Transformation to help clients implement new business models, technologies, and process optimizations with a pragmatic change approach.

You’ll identify required skills and behaviours, manage stakeholders, and translate strategic goals into concrete actions, with a focus on delivering tangible impact from day one.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a numerical component.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience including consultancy.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to draw insights from complex issues.
• Affinity with translating strategic goals into implications.
• Ability to understand client processes and systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Managing organizational changes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
• Thinking about different change strategies and approaches (impact analysis, readiness for change assessment, communication plan and training plan).
• Designing, optimizing and implementing new processes for a client.
• Managing stakeholders from entire organizations.
• Realising changes through preparing for decision-making at different levels.
