Valcon A/S is seeking an IT Project & Delivery Management Consultant – Early Career to help clients bridge business and technology. You will craft user stories and designs, analyze processes, and support end-to-end IT implementations across hybrid and on-site settings.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and drive digital transformation, with opportunities for growth, mentoring, and a flexible work culture that values balance and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science).
• 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in roles such as business analysis, IT consultancy, or project management.
• Affinity with IT and technology, such as application development or low-/high-code solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with agile working is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

As an ITPDM Consultant at Valcon, you will help clients achieve their strategic goals through innovative IT solutions and lead the way in digital transformation.

What will you do?

As part of our IT Project & Delivery Management (ITPDM) capability, you will create and deliver applications, processes, insights, and automation solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms. By aligning business and IT, you will help our clients achieve their strategic objectives and drive meaningful change.

Your week as an ITPDM Consultant is dynamic and varied. You might spend one day at the client’s office, running workshops to align business needs with IT solutions. Another day, you could be analysing data and collaborating with your team at Valcon HQ or working from home to prepare reports and refine solution designs. Every few weeks, you join a collaboration day at the Valcon office to connect with colleagues, share updates, and learn from each other. Throughout the week, you’ll engage with stakeholders, contribute to project deliverables, and help drive impactful IT strategies.

Your responsibilites will include (but not be limited to):

Transforming business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs.

Analysing and improving business processes to drive digital transformation.

Supporting the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, from concept to completion.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
