Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management or a comparable field
• Experience in project management within construction or installation technology
• Knowledge of Health & Safety law and building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with project management software and the MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the complete execution of scaffolding and lift projects from planning to final delivery
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors and internal teams
• Continuously monitor progress in terms of planning, budget and quality
• Combine office-based work with regular site visits using technical expertise to deliver on time and within budget
