Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Regional Intelligence Analyst based in Europe to develop an up-to-date regional understanding of Nebius’ environment across Europe, focusing on authorities, sites, projects and stakeholders relevant to operations and growth.

You will monitor political, regulatory, and legal developments, assess local activism and public sentiment, map stakeholders, support site and project evaluations, and provide decision-focused briefings to management and internal teams.

Qualifications

Eight years of experience in regional research, commercial intelligence, risk analysis or policy research.
Experience researching and analyzing the European environment at national, regional, and local levels.
Strong familiarity with government structures, regulatory processes, and planning across European countries.
Ability to conduct in-depth open-source research using public records and media.

Responsibilities

Monitor political, governmental, regulatory, and legal developments at national, regional, and local levels across Europe.
Monitor changes in policy, permitting, and planning processes affecting operations and projects.
Assess local environments surrounding company sites, including community activity and public sentiment trends.
Map and analyze stakeholders including authorities, elected officials, local organizations, and community groups.
Monitor media narratives and reputational issues relating to the company and its operations across Europe.
Analyze developments involving energy, infrastructure, and environmental matters.
