Job summary

Vio is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Supply Partnerships team. You will own how we measure supply partners, drive development with data, and build dashboards and business cases for negotiations with partners and leadership.

You will work closely with the Head of Commercial, Supply Partnerships managers, product managers and the analytics chapter to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve margins and inventory coverage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a commercial analytics role driving high-impact decisions with data.
• Supply, partnerships or account optimisation experience in a marketplace.
• Strong SQL. You write your own queries against a data warehouse (Snowflake).
• Comfortable modelling scenarios in spreadsheets and building reports in Looker.
• Built business cases with sizing opportunities and defended recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Clear communicator: explain numbers and recommendations to commercial stakeholders.
• Owned metrics, reporting or a commercial domain end-to-end.
• You use AI tools such as Claude in daily work and want to improve at it.

Responsibilities

• Own supply performance: define KPIs, monitor them, keep them relevant as the business evolves.
• Drive supply development with data: identify inventory gaps and source partners to close them; map inventory sources and optimize routes.
• Prioritise the pipeline of new partner integrations with sizing and opportunity analysis.
• Build business cases and scenarios for negotiations and promotions.
• Prepare numbers and the storyline for partner reviews and negotiations led by partnerships managers.
• Measure the results of promotions and campaigns with partners and feed into the next deal.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports used for day-to-day partner management; standardise how partner performance is measured.
• Turn common questions into self-serve reporting; leverage LLM tools in analytics.
• Share learnings, review peers’ work and reuse assets within the analytics chapter.
