Job summary

TrueFullstaq seeks a Delivery Lead Cloud & Security to drive modernisation from strategy to execution across cloud platforms. You will lead cloud-native initiatives, manage timelines, budgets and governance while steering key client relationships across international environments.

In this role you combine delivery leadership with stakeholder management, security governance, and the ability to scale engineering teams. Flexible hybrid work and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or similar in IT/consultancy.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong customer relationship management and account growth.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Affiliation with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, DevOps.
• Understanding of security, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud-native and security-focused IT modernisation programmes.
• Manage delivery timelines, budgets, quality, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Own account steering by managing customer relationships and stakeholders.
• Ensure decisions and priorities support objectives, governance and business outcomes.
• Monitor commitments, identify opportunities/risks and translate into actions.
• Contribute to growth of strategic customer accounts and value delivery.
• Help engineering teams grow by providing structure and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, status reports and governance docs.
• Work with engineers, architects, security specialists, customers and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigations.
