Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Delivery Manager - Hybrid Cloud to take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery and commercial performance within a strategic client engagement. You will own the client relationship and P&L, coordinating delivery across Data Center, Private Cloud and Public Cloud.

This role requires on-site availability in Eindhoven three days per week, working with delivery teams, architects, engineers and partners to ensure SLAs, KPIs and cost-to-serve are met, while driving

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Client Delivery, Managed Services or Service Delivery leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale Hybrid Cloud and infrastructure services across multiple technology towers.
• Solid understanding of Data Center, Private Cloud and Public Cloud operating models and technologies.
• Experience leading major incidents, escalations, service recovery and transformation while maintaining stable production services.
• Demonstrable P&L ownership, including revenue, costs, gross profit, margin, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scope management and change control.
• Excellent client, executive stakeholder and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong ITIL-based service management knowledge; ITIL or program-management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and act as a key point of accountability between the client and NTT DATA delivery teams.
• Translate client business and technology priorities into clear delivery priorities and manageable plans.
• Coordinate delivery across Data Center, Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Network, Security and related platform services.
• Establish clear governance, ownership, and accountability across technology towers and delivery locations.
• Ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations are achieved.
• Manage service risks and dependencies across the Hybrid Cloud landscape and take ownership of major escalations through resolution.
• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency without compromising service stability.
• Own revenue, gross profit and margin performance for the assigned scope, including budgets, forecasts and cost-to-serve.
• Manage the financial impact of staffing, subcontractors, third-party services, infrastructure, and cloud consumption.
• Protect contractual scope, identify requirements requiring formal change control and work closely with Sales, Finance, Commercial and Delivery leadership.
• Provide clear delivery, commercial and business reporting to client and NTT DATA leadership.

Your day at NTT DATA

NTT DATA is looking for a Client Delivery Manager - Hybrid Cloud to take end-to-end responsibility for service delivery and commercial performance within a strategic client engagement.

This is not a traditional Service Delivery Manager position. You will own the client relationship, Hybrid Cloud service performance and P&L performance for your assigned scope, bringing together delivery teams, architects, engineers and partners across Data Center, Private Cloud and Public Cloud services.

You do not need to design every platform yourself, but you must understand Hybrid Cloud deeply enough to manage delivery, challenge technical teams and understand the operational, client and financial impact of technology decisions.

This role requires availability to work on-site in Eindhoven 3 days per week.

What You Will Do

The delivery environment

You will operate across a complex enterprise Hybrid Cloud landscape where platform decisions can affect availability, security, cost, and the client experience.

• Data Center and infrastructure: computing, storage, virtualization, networking, backup, resilience, capacity and lifecycle management.
• Private Cloud: VMware/VCF, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, software-defined infrastructure, automation and observability.
• Public Cloud: Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud, landing zones, connectivity, IAM, security, governance and FinOps.
• Cross-platform capabilities: service management, monitoring, automation, configuration, transition, transformation, and disaster recovery.
