Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Consultant to build and lead change management capabilities in the Netherlands. You will drive change initiatives for clients, using structured methodologies and insightful analysis. You will engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops to shape strategic decisions.

The role sits within the dentsu BX Northern Europe team, connecting with colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of consulting, strategy, commercial development, or advisory work.
• Focus on change management, organisational design and development.
• Dutch as primary language; Master’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities using structured change management frameworks.
• Conduct analysis to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer-driven insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans for client decision-making and growth.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops with executives.
• Contribute to development of dentsu Consulting offerings, methods, tools, and knowledge base.
