Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant with 2–4 years of change management experience to help build and lead our change management capability in the Netherlands.

You will join the dentsu BX Northern Europe team, collaborating with consultants across the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Norway to translate insights into practical recommendations and supported client decisions. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory work with a focus on change management.
• Master’s degree from University or Business School.
• Dutch as primary language.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Curious mindset and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities using structured frameworks.
• Identify market opportunities and customer insights.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with executives and align on outcomes.
• Contribute to dentsu Consulting offerings and tool development.
