Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, energy, sustainability, or technical subjects.
• 3+ years experience as a consultant in a firm or as internal consultant for a large company.
• Experience in energy transition and performance/sustainability projects.

Responsibilities

• Speed up changes at key players in the energy transition through performance projects.
• Lead own project or work stream; facilitate workshops and trainings; oversee planning and quality.
• Share insights, develop Been's energy transition services, build a relevant network, and help prepare sales conversations.
