Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An advanced degree is an advantage.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech with PM/strategic planning focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site strategy and integrated program plan across business units.
• Lead end-to-end deployment across multiple functions; monitor milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Establish and mentor the program team; ensure timely delivery within scope and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders; share standard methodologies and SAP SME input.
• Partner with business units to drive transformational change and adoption of new capabilities.
