Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech project management or tech-enabled transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site strategy and integrated program plan across business units.
• Lead end-to-end deployment across functions and workstreams with milestones and budgets.
• Mentor the program team and manage workflow, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with global and site stakeholders to share standard methodologies and build communities of practice.
• Lead organizational change to adopt new capabilities and drive transformational change.
