Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Sassenheim, the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for the Transcend CAR-T program. You will lead site deployment across business units, aligning processes, digital systems, and organizational change to deliver on scope, timelines and budgets.

You will drive program strategy, mentor teams, collaborate with global stakeholders, and ensure change adoption while maintaining strong leadership in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of PM, strategic planning or tech-enabled transformation in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in cell therapy or CAR-T is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MES, LIMS, and SAP integration.
• Led complex, cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site strategy and integrated program plan.
• Lead end-to-end deployment across functions; monitor milestones and risks.
• Mentor the program team; ensure goals meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with global/site stakeholders; build communities of practice.
• Partner with business units to drive organizational change.
• Maintain proactive communication with partners and lead strategic sessions.
• Incorporate Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives.
