Job summary

HAL Allergy is seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead major capital investments (€20M+) and to drive the evolution of HAL's PMO. The role collaborates across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to deliver strategic objectives and strengthen project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Pharma, biotech, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management in regulated pharma/biotech environments; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects (€20M+) and cross-functional programs.
• Experience establishing PMO capabilities including portfolio governance and prioritization.
• Strong knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and drug development/manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CSV, Annex 1 requirements, and sterile manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project/portfolio tools (MS Project, Smartsheet); PMP/Prince2 certified.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major capital projects (€20M+) from business case to completion.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Drive governance, KPI reporting, and updates to SteerCo and leadership.
• Establish, maintain, and improve HAL's PMO and reporting standards.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
• Ensure projects comply with GMP, CSV, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project managers and promote PMO best practices across the org.
