Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Business Data Analyst to connect business needs with scalable data solutions across Europe. You will translate requirements into practical analytics, document KPIs, and partner with Data Engineers and external partners to deliver scalable data platforms.

You will work in a fast-paced, international setting, with fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills. The role offers a modern Rotterdam-area office and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, IT or Data Analytics.
• At least 5 years in Business/Data Analysis or similar roles.
• Experience translating requirements into data/analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders and Data & Analytics teams.
• Analyse, document, and prioritize KPIs, reporting needs and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and designs.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and drive solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and partners.
• Define data sources and rules, ensuring alignment with standards.
