Qualifications

• Experience in business/enterprise architecture within a complex organisation.
• Ability to connect strategy, customer needs and business capabilities with solution-level choices.
• Technical understanding to engage credibly with solution architects.
• Experience aligning business and technology stakeholders to decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of customer journeys, capabilities, processes, data and applications; reveal dependencies and consequences.
• Bring colleagues together to evaluate trade-offs and build support for architectural decisions.
• Shape architectural direction with Area Lead and Tech Lead by translating ambitions into priorities and a transformation roadmap.
• Review architectural options with solution architects, moving into detail while keeping direction in view.
• Support delivery teams, reassess assumptions and use insights to improve architecture and future decisions.
