Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a complex and dynamic environment for one of our clients. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in Agile practices and help remove impediments to ensure steady delivery of value.

The role requires strong Dutch and English communication, 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with software development and technology teams.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in complex organisational environments.
• A Scrum certification, such as PSM, CSM or SAFe, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.
• Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes.
• Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively.
• Identify dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the wider Agile transformation and ways of working.
