• Experience with process analysis, impact assessments and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business objectives into concrete and actionable requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills and organizational sensitivity
• You live in the Netherlands and are available full time

Business Analyst

Do you want to work as a business analyst in Agile environments where change, prioritisation and collaboration are key? Through Solid Professionals, you will work on a substantive assignment at organisations such as Rabobank, KPN and Eneco. You operate at the intersection of business and IT and help teams translate strategic and operational objectives into concrete, deliverable solutions.

As a business analyst, you work within Agile teams to analyse business needs, processes and information flows. You translate these into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria and safeguard alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Depending on your experience, you take ownership of analysis, prioritisation and backlog refinement and act as a sparring partner for product owners, developers and stakeholders. The exact scope differs per assignment, but the core remains the same: ensuring clear scope, well founded decisions and valuable outcomes within an Agile way of working.

What we are looking for

• a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business Administration, Economics, Information Science or a comparable field
• a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or a similar position
• experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe
• experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting backlog refinement
• experience with process analysis, impact assessments and stakeholder management
• the ability to translate business objectives into concrete and actionable requirements

Through Solid Professionals, you work on one substantive assignment with one client at a time. You are employed by us for the duration of that assignment. This provides focus and clarity, with one assignment at a time and a contract aligned with the duration of the assignment. Sometimes this is a temporary assignment, sometimes with the intention to transition into a permanent role with the client through a deta vast construction.
