Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team. You will bridge business and technology, translating complex needs into practical solutions across underwriting, data and operations.

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, cross-functional delivery, and a hybrid/ flexible working model within an international marine and specialty insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within regulated environments.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, analyse and manage complex requirements.
• Excellent process mapping, problem-solving and stakeholder skills.
• Experience supporting technology, data or business transformation initiatives.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, document and validate business, functional, non-functional and data requirements.
• Translate complex needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to establish requirements and priorities.
• Develop process maps, user journeys and governing documentation.
• Support data governance, mapping and data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, UAT and business readiness ahead of implementation.
