Allianz Benelux in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable IT solutions. You will analyze current-state processes, design future-state models, and produce user stories and specifications that drive successful delivery in a regulatory environment.

In a multinational setting, you will bridge business and IT across Insurance and Financial Services domains, work in Agile and traditional delivery contexts, and guide stakeholders through

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Experience in Financial Services, preferably Insurance.
• Experience in Agile and traditional delivery contexts.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and manage business requirements for carrier programs and IT initiatives with traceability.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to refine requirements and gather insights.
• Map as-is processes and design to-be processes aligned with objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs for design, development, and testing.
• Support UAT by validating delivered solutions against requirements.
• Bridge business and IT, ensuring alignment and decision support.
• Advise on market, regulatory, and digital developments for improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA standards and methods.
• Understand business needs across P&C and/or Life domains in a multinational setting.
• Balance business value, feasibility, and delivery constraints in Agile and traditional contexts.
