Job summary

Maxwell Bond is seeking aSenior Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme for a leading global CPG client. You will work with senior stakeholders, product and technical teams to deliver customer data, analytics and digital product initiatives in a hybrid Rotterdam setup.

You will gather requirements, translate needs into deliverables, run stakeholder workshops, and drive end-to-end delivery from inception through implementation, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation or change programmes.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management across all organisational levels.
• Collaboration with software engineering, product and technical delivery teams.
• Experience with customer data initiatives, data platforms or data-focused transformations.
• Exposure to consumer analytics, reporting and insight-driven initiatives.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.
• Hands-on use of Azure DevOps and Jira for delivery tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, product and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements activities.
• Support transformation initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on application and product development.
• Define user stories, business processes, acceptance criteria and solution requirements.
• Analyse and improve business processes for optimisation and innovation.
• Support customer data, analytics platforms and data-driven programmes.
• Track progress and produce delivery reporting via Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Build strong relationships across consultancy and client teams for alignment.
• Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory and operational requirements.
