Job summary

Fractal Analytics Ltd. in Rotterdam/Amsterdam offers a Senior Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery role to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams within the CPG domain, delivering end-to-end product app initiatives.

The position requires driving requirements, dependencies, UAT, and leadership reporting while ensuring adoption and change readiness. It is a 24-month FTC with hybrid onsite work 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have CPG domain experience.
• 8+ years to 12+ years of relevant experience in cross-functional delivery.
• Strong experience in business analysis, delivery, or business transformation.
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Good understanding of technology and delivery processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and delivering initiatives in a complex transformation environment.
• Any experience in enterprise M&A will be useful.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and process-mapping tools.

Responsibilities
