Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Brand Manager Drinks & Brunch to lead the marketing agenda for Karvan Cévitam, De Ruijter, Venz and Brinta. Based in Amsterdam, you will shape campaigns, launch innovations and drive execution with the marketing team and agencies.

You will coach a Junior Brand Manager and partner with Category, Sales, Finance, RGM, R&D and Supply to turn ideas into in-market plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years FMCG brand marketing experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Master’s degree; business-fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set brand strategies and multi-year plans to grow equity.
• Turn consumer insights into creative briefs and growth opportunities.
• Lead creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns and activations.
• Drive innovation from concept to launch with R&D, Supply, and factory alignment.
• Partner with Category and Sales to bring brand plans to life in-store and online.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate brand results with Finance and RGM.
• Coach a Junior Brand Manager and develop team capabilities.
