B Lab Benelux is seeking aSenior Brand & Communications Manager to amplify the B Lab and B Corp brand across the Benelux region. You will lead a small team, craft strategic communications, and collaborate with the Director and peers to strengthen credibility and influence across the Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourgish markets.

You will shape content, campaigns, media outreach, and thought leadership while ensuring local relevance and global consistency.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in strategic corporate communications and developing comms strategies in international environments.
• Experience leading and developing a team of communications professionals.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee a Benelux-wide communication strategy aligned to the global brand strategy.
• Lead brand management, reputation, and PR; act as a spokesperson and manage media relations.
• Drive program communication concepts to support impact programs and partnerships.
• Lead campaigning and advocacy efforts including public affairs and lobbying campaigns.
• Align the communication team with other teams in B Lab Benelux and manage annual budget and people development.
