Job summary

B Lab Benelux is seeking a Senior Brand Reputation & Communications Manager to lead a small team and amplify the B Lab and B Corp brand across the Benelux region. You will strategically steer communications, media relations, and campaigns to strengthen credibility and mission alignment.

You will work closely with the Benelux Director to develop and implement a regional communications plan for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, ensuring local relevance and global consistency.

Qualifications

• Strategic communications experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• In-house or agency background in design and brand management.
• Senior-level with proven team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Benelux communication strategy aligned to global assets and local contexts.
• Oversee reputation management, media relations, PR, and campaigns.
• Translate concepts into messages for B Corp audiences and partners.
• Direct program communications and advocacy initiatives in the Benelux.
• Coach and develop the communication team and coordinate with regional teams.
