Job summary

Vistra in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Financial Banking Services Officer to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation for clients. You will manage banking relationships, coordinate with financial services accountants and legal teams, and serve as a key contact for banks and client contacts.

The role reports to an Enterprise Service Manager and involves leading banking activities for the Funds business, including training junior staff and overseeing treasury tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payment processing experience in banking.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; Dutch preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge of Dutch AML/CFTO requirements and related acts.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with banks and client contacts.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and supporting documents.
• Open/close bank accounts in cooperation with the business.
• Maintain bank account access and authority with the team.
• Train and guide junior staff and oversee treasury activities.
• Monitor transactions weekly/monthly/quarterly.
