Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python backend development with production systems.
• Experience building backend services with Python frameworks.
• Daily work with AI features and AI coding tools.
• Strong APIs, data modelling, databases, and design basics.
• Ability to lead technical decisions with influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Actions-oriented mindset with comfort handling ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own backend services and APIs from data models to production reliability.
• Make architectural decisions balancing speed, maintainability and scale.
• Take ownership of major technical areas and ship iteratively.
• Use AI-native approaches to prototype, measure, and improve.
