Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking aSenior Azure Platform Engineer for the Azure Platform Services team. You will build and evolve platform capabilities used by ABN AMRO's internal DevOps teams, translating security and compliance guardrails into scalable self-service solutions.

The role focuses on managed Azure services, reusable automation, secure-by-default patterns, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. A hands-on engineering mindset, strong collaboration and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform services and cloud-native patterns.
Experience with managed Azure services, platform automation and reusable service patterns.
Understanding of Azure networking, private connectivity, identity, RBAC and security controls.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

Design and build self-service Azure capabilities for internal DevOps teams.
Develop reusable platform products, automation, templates and APIs.
Improve developer experience by making Azure services easier and safer to use.
Embed security, governance, policy, identity, networking into platform capabilities.
Operate platform services with focus on reliability and observability.
Collaborate with internal DevOps teams to drive adoption and feedback.
Partner with other Azure platform teams to deliver enterprise-scale capabilities.
Contribute to modernization of platform engineering practices (IaC, CI/CD, automation).
