Job summary

Triodos Bank is seeking a DevOps Platform Lead to shape our Azure/Kubernetes platform strategy. You will partner with software, IT ops, and security to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure cloud native solutions.

The role centers on owning the platform vision, roadmaps, and prioritization, while aligning stakeholders and driving value across teams. You will bridge development, operations and security, enable delivery, and co-create roadmaps with vendors and functional domains.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud and Kubernetes for deployment, scaling, and optimization.
• Cloud-native development with SDLC and DevOps integration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, ARM/Bicep).
• Ability to automate deployments, implement security guardrails and enable team collaboration.
