Job summary

AWS is seeking an exceptional Senior ProServe Cloud Architect to join our team supporting one of EMEA's most strategic partnerships in travel and hospitality. You will architect and deliver transformative cloud solutions, translating complex business needs into scalable AWS architectures and guiding delivery from discovery to deployment.

As the technical bridge between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, you will own the narrative, coach customer teams, and drive cloud

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role experience.
• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Create and lead complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that deliver measurable Customer Business Outcomes (CBOs).
• Pre-Sales Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise, best practices, and solution demonstrations during the pre-sales motion.
• Trusted Customer Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders on industry trends and innovative solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers, Shared Delivery Teams, and AWS service teams to ensure seamless solution hand-off.
• Knowledge Leadership: Mentor and train team members, create reusable artifacts, and drive process improvements.
• Business Value Translation: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for stakeholders.
