Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Sr Associate Supply Chain to help label, assemble, store, and ship medicines globally. The role emphasizes delivering compliant performance in distribution activities, driving continuous improvement, and meeting productivity targets across a diverse, multinational team.

You will work within the GDH EMEA Reverse Logistics & Operations group, supporting Returns, Distribution Complaints, Track & Trace, and related KPIs while coordinating with Third Party Logistics

Qualifications

• Identify and drive improvements in reverse logistics and distribution processes.
• Proven ability to work effectively with external parties and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Good Distribution Practices and quality documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Result-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in an international environment and cross-cultural liaison.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Reverse Logistics and Operations across EMEA.
• Act as SME for assigned processes and support audits.
• Own or support controlled document maintenance, process documentation, training materials, and quality system records.
• Train staff and develop training material.
• Represent the team in cross-functional project teams and present KPI performance.
• Own, investigate, and close distribution complaints at first-time right level.
• Coordinate, handle, and resolve service and transport issues with 3PLs and internal stakeholders.
