Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Associate in Asset Management (Logistics) based in Amsterdam to drive value creation across a portfolio in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work with senior asset managers, finance teams, and external operators to ensure rigorous financial analysis, reporting, and governance throughout the asset lifecycle.

You will lead asset-level plans, monitor performance (NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity), and coordinate annual budgeting and IRR

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in asset management or a related analytical role.
Experience working across the Netherlands and Belgium jurisdictions.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Ability to travel across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Responsibilities

Manage asset-level business plans with the wider Deal Team and external partners.
Monitor NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity, renewals, arrears, opex; address underperformance with action plans.
Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly IRR reforecasting with partners.
Prepare dashboards, KPI packs, and meeting minutes for reviews.
Support acquisitions onboarding and asset lifecycle activities.
Assist ESG, risk, and compliance initiatives across assets.
