Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield seeks a Portfolio Leasing Manager for the Netherlands to steer leasing strategy and commercial performance across our Dutch portfolio. You will lead the leasing team, influence senior stakeholders and rally cross-functional partners to deliver ambitious outcomes for assets.

You will shape brand partnerships, manage complex negotiations and identify growth opportunities through market insight and performance data, contributing to long-term value and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within retail property, leasing, asset management or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of delivering leasing strategies and hitting commercial targets.
• Led and developed high-performing teams.
• Accomplished negotiator who understands commercial drivers behind successful deals.
• Builds credibility quickly and can influence senior stakeholders.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the leasing strategy across Netherlands assets.
• Take ownership of portfolio performance, commercial targets and Business Plan priorities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of four.
• Build senior relationships with national and international brands.
• Lead and challenge complex commercial negotiations.
• Identify emerging brands, sectors and concepts to strengthen destinations.
• Shape anchor tenant strategy and long-term brand partnerships.
• Use market insight and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Bring internal teams, external agents and senior stakeholders together behind a clear commercial vision.
• Represent the Netherlands leasing function in leadership forums and regional discussions.
