Redcare Pharmacy in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our expanding international organization. You will manage end-to-end Dutch payroll for a large workforce and work with cross-country teams on system integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dutch payroll experience, ideally in a large or scaling company.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and processing.
• Experience with payroll systems and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 4-person team with shared ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,800 employees in the Netherlands, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.
• Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday).
• Maintain close cooperation with external payroll vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support growth.

About the role:

Redcare Pharmacy currently employs nearly 3,000 people across Europe, including more than 1,800 in the Netherlands alone. About your tasks:

• Work as part of a 4-person team with shared ownership of the end-to-end Dutch payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,800 employees in the Netherlands, including time-tracking and blue-collar profiles.
• Collaborate with the HR Service team and payroll colleagues from other Redcare countries and contribute to system integration efforts (e.g. Workday).

Qualifications

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Dutch payroll (international is a plus), ideally within a large or scaling company.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and payroll processing in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on experience with large payroll systems such as AFAS/ADP. (integration experience with Workday is a plus).
• You enjoy working with data, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and use Excel daily to support accuracy and decision-making.
• You bring a pragmatic mindset, enjoy collaborative work, and can work independently when needed.
