Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounts Receivable B2B for a full-time role based in the Netherlands. You will manage monthly closings, ensure accurate financial data across GL accounts, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.

You will oversee B2B invoicing, collections, payment processing, and monthly invoicing cycles, driving efficiency and accuracy while supporting ongoing process improvements within AR.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment processing, and receivables management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B transactions and invoicing, ensuring accurate processing and timely completion.
• Monitor collections and overdue receivables, following up on delays and reducing DSO.
• Handle account clearing, payments, and credits; ensure proper allocation of funds.
