Job summary

Nebius in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Applied AI Solutions Engineer to blend deep ML engineering with product impact. You will split your time between field work helping customers move from POC to production and building demos that showcase the platform’s capabilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with the modern ML stack, strong communication across sales, product, and engineering, and an ability to translate research findings into concrete product direction.

Qualifications

• Fine-tune large models and optimize distributed training pipelines.
• Experience with production ML platforms and RAG-style pipelines.
• Hands-on with PyTorch, HuggingFace, CUDA, and Kubernetes for ML workflows.
• Familiarity with MLflow and vector databases for model management and retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes and demos across the product portfolio—serversless inference, databases, MLflow, MLOps, and vertical use cases—serving as assets for sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Support new customers hands-on through POC design, technical onboarding, and validation; bridge between ML teams and the Nebius platform.
• Dive into emerging applied AI—new training techniques, inference optimizations, agentic architectures—and turn findings into working prototypes and product recommendations.
• Provide grounded feedback to the product roadmap based on customer POC learnings and field insights.
• Develop reusable technical assets—notebooks, reference architectures, benchmarks—that reduce onboarding friction at scale.
