Arrows is a Microsoft data and AI consultancy looking for a leader who can own engagements from requirement gathering to hands-on delivery. You will shape solutions, manage client relationships, and drive the delivery of data and BI initiatives using the Microsoft Fabric stack.

You'll work in a small team where your input changes outcomes, with remote work supported and occasional travel to client sites within the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Strong ETL/ELT fundamentals and a genuine feel for data quality and pipeline resilience.
• Solid modelling and clean, testable code.
• Agile delivery experience and ability to lead requirements conversations.
• Consulting skills to hold a room and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
