Job summary

FeedbackFruits is hiring an Analytics Engineer at our Amsterdam HQ. You will own data products from the datalake to API, building scalable pipelines with Python, SQL, and dbt. This role offers hybrid work with two days onsite in Amsterdam.

We expect early-career professionals with proven production-ready data work and a passion for scalable analytics. You will collaborate with product and GTM teams and grow into a broader data professional.

Qualifications

• Shipped Python and complex SQL in production that others rely on.
• Comfortable with Git and standard version control workflows.
• Uses AI tools like Claude Code or Codex in development work.
• Resourceful and able to unblock using documentation when needed.
• Routinely pursues root causes of data anomalies.
• Can translate business questions into technical design and adjust scope.
• Handle broad requests without losing focus on long-term work.
• Available 32-40 hours per week, with 2 days in Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities

• Own data products end to end: datalake, dashboards, MCP, data API, analytics in product.
• Carry business data needs from ingestion to user-ready consumption.
• Build transformation layer in SQL and dbt; write Python to move and expose data.
• Keep stack healthy; improve models, data quality checks, and reduce technical debt.
• Turn data into a decision: deliver actionable insights for product/GTM teams.
• Present work to product and GTM teams; build tooling for self-serve analysis.
• Tackle larger initiatives that reshape the data stack alongside daily requests.
• Review colleague work with a critical eye.
