You will design analytics data models and pipelines, implement CI/CD for analytics products, and mentor colleagues while exploring new tools.

Qualifications

• Completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data warehousing.
• Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python and analytics tools like dbt.
• Experience deploying analytics solutions from development to production.
• Knowledge of modern analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric).
• Familiar with analytics best practices (dimensional modeling, data products, dbt, performance tuning).
• Interest in exploring new technologies and working in enterprise agile environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics data models, pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks for scalable analytics solutions.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery and translate business needs into analytics outcomes.
• Apply analytics engineering principles and DevOps practices to optimize performance and maintainability.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Explore and evaluate new tools and techniques in analytics space.
