Job summary

Altum Consulting is recruiting a Senior Analyst (Data Analytics) to join an international finance team based in central Amsterdam. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data and Technology to shape how the business uses data for commercial and financial decision-making.

You will lead data transformation, design automated reporting, and collaborate with Finance and Business teams to evolve data infrastructure, KPIs and analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group FP&A, Finance Analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work confidently with large datasets.
• Python experience for data analysis, automation or process improvement.
• Experience acting as the bridge between Finance and Data teams.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience supporting planning, forecasting and commercial decision-making.
• Experience improving reporting processes through automation and scalable data solutions.
• A solid understanding of data infrastructure, data pipelines and modern analytics environments.
• The ability to navigate evolving or imperfect data environments while maintaining a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.

Responsibilities
