GCS Recruitment in the Netherlands (hybrid) is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to work with large, complex datasets and help drive business decisions through data.

The role involves gathering business requirements, building dashboards with BI tools, identifying trends, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. With 1–4 years of experience and proficiency in SQL and BI tools, you will contribute to data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 1-4 years of experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Experience with SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst/ This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional to work with large, complex datasets and help drive business decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through proactive data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and support data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the following:

• Experience with SQL

Desirable Experience

• Experience with BigQuery.
• Knowledge of Python.
