NXP Semiconductors in France... #LI-7795 is seeking an AMS, RF/mmWave TEST ENGINEER to lead development of industrial test solutions for mass production. You will drive test programs, design for test, and collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective testing for next-generation automotive radar products.

The role emphasizes hands-on test development, ATE optimization, and close cooperation with design and qualification teams to enable scalable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Analog/RF/mmWave test development experience using ATE systems (Advantest and Smartest8 a plus).
• Experience in Analog, RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboards and contact technology selection.
• Knowledge of Analog, RF/mmW measurement techniques and design for testability.
• Fluency in English language both oral and written; able to operate in a global environment with multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production and support the design team during development.
• Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality expected by customers.
• Balance electrical performance, time-to-market, quality and cost as a daily challenge.
• Be involved from the very beginning of product specification and design.
• Implement Design for Test features to achieve required performance and cost targets.
• Develop test strategy, programs and ATE hardware as the project progresses.
• Prepare test setups for formal product qualification and release into mass production.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies; communicate effectively and manage risks.
